Life stories and career paths of School Headmasters

This theoretical-empirical thesis focuses on the life and career path of experienced School Principals of Preschools and Elementary Schools in Czech Republic and what the School Principal position is about. The theoretical part brings a closer look on an explanation of life and career path, summarisation of knowledge of the work of the School Principal itself including its competence and management skills, which are necessary to provide flawless run of every school. The empiric part presents the results of qualitatively oriented research. The main method of the data collection is in-depth semi-structured interview led by the School Principals, the supplementary data were gained from the analysis of publicly accessible documents, especially inspection reports, and by supplementary interviews with Deputy School Principals or with the founders. The research sample is very wide even though it consists of only three respondents - the Principal of Elementary School, the Principal of Preschool and the Principal of school combining Preschool and a first grade of Elementary School. The stories of women with the sign of green widow behaviour from an addictological perspective

The diploma thesis entitled "Stories of Women with the Mark" Green Widow "in Addictology Perspective aims to use semi-structured interviews to map the relationship between substance use and moving to a satellite town of selected ten respondents who meet the fixed criteria that are as follows : well-socio-economically-dependent women (higher social status of the family, good income and permanent employment of the spouse) living in satellite towns of large cities, the financial side of the family is occupied by a busy husband, women spend most of their time without their spouse go to work and some form of addictological or psychiatric history. Furthermore, this thesis aims to find common recurring life themes and behaviors in the given women. At present, the topic of green widows is becoming the current one, especially in the growing suburbanization of Czech cities, even in the field of addictology, where the literature or research conducted is not adequately described. The theoretical part is devoted to risk factors that can threaten green widows such as overuse of drugs or alcohol, but also feelings of loneliness, isolation from the environment, infidelity or abandoned nest syndrome. The quality of life of children with cerebral palsy from the perspective of parents

The bachelor thesis examines lives of parents bringing up children with cerebral palsy. It describes their significant events and how these moments influenced their quality of life. The theory part demonstrates problems of cerebral palsy and describes difficulties parents experienced while bringing up children with cerebral palsy. It salso descries their quality of life. The practical part includes 5 family life stories and their methodical processes, analysis and interpretations. The stories are put together with narrative analysis.
Bilinguality in the Czech-Bavarian border region

The aim of the Master thesis was to introduce the looking for bilingual people (Czech and German people), who are living in the Czech-Bavaria border region. After discovery of bilingual people was very important record the life story of selected respondents in Bavaria and South Bohemia. Life stories of the respondents should include of the concept bilingualism. This thesis is based on the sociological methods, method of the oral history and monitoring life stories of people, who can be forgotten in the future.
